The Pacific Science Center is a must-see Seattle attraction. Located at the base of the Space Needle, the Pacific Science Center is close to Seattle’s most famous attractions and is sure to both educate and entertain children of any age. Almost every exhibit at The Pacific Science center is interactive and educational. The Pacific Science center is huge, and their featured exhibits change several times a year so there’s something new and educational for adults as well as kids. In addition to the changing featured exhibits, Pacific Science Center offers an impressive number of permanent exhibits including: the Puget Sound Model and Saltwater Tide Pool, the Insect Village, Body Works, Science on a Sphere, a Tropical Butterfly House, Kids Works and more! Kids love to play with the Pacific Science Center’s interactive exhibits, and there’s an educational opportunity around every corner. Admission prices for kids ages 3-5 is $9, youth ages 6-15 is $11, adults ages 16-64 $16.00, and seniors 65+ gain admission for $14.00. The prices are well worth it, and kids will never forget how much fun they had at the Pacific Science Center. After interacting with the various exhibits, catch a laser show at the laser dome, or an awe-inspiring film at the Imax theater for an additional cost. You’ll never run out of fun and inspirational things to do at the Pacific Science Center.

The Seattle science center is great because not only are there activities for smaller children but but older ones also I recommend that if you have older children you get the package with the IMAX for the best value

Train Exhibit Was Great For Toddlers
By - Ali A. 5 years ago 1/16/2013 10:39:47 AM

My toddler loved the train exhibit which is setup annually around this time. There were over a dozen model trains, hands on activities, and much more. Admission covered the rest of the Science Center which made it a good all round Saturday activity.
