Kids and parents will be awe-inspired by Seattle’s Museum of Flight, which features an extensive collection of historical aircraft and aviation educational information. Choose from a variety of programs including: The Challenger Learning Center Program (a simulated space mission), Operation Distant World (an exploration of rocketry and robotics), Flight Zone Programs (for Pre-K to 6th graders), self-guided or professional museum tours, and a Sleepover Program where kids get to spend a night at the museum! The museum also offers an apprenticeship program for high school students. No matter what age or interest, kids, children, teens and adults will never forget their visit to the museum of flight. Learn about astronauts, commercial flight and military flight while interacting with the museum’s exhibits. The museum's primary showroom includes a collection of 150 historic air and spacecraft, some of which are suspended from the ceiling. Don’t miss the Museum of Flight the next time you’re looking for fun and education in the Seattle area.

Fun for kids to go in Cockpits

This Museum is AMAZING! It’s located at the King County International Airport in SeaTac Washington. It's family friendly and kids will have a blast here. My four kids had a really good time and enjoyed the climbing cockpits, hornet fighter, as well as Blackbird recon plane. We give this place a two thumbs up! Although it is a little pricey, it’s still a good learning experience for your kids.

Nice place to keep kids busy for 3-4 hours. Plenty of different airplanes, space ships, and more for a kids and adults to learn about. Our 4 year old and 10 year old had a blast. The eatery here has decent food. Love the kid section with small planes to climb in and hot air ballon.

The flight museum is good for all ages. One of our favorite places to visit and we have a season pass.
