Built into the ruins of what was once the world’s largest flour mill, Mill City Museum is located on the historic Mississippi Riverfront. Here, visitors of all ages learn about the intertwined histories of the flour industry, the river, and the city of Minneapolis. From a Baking Lab to an 8-story elevator ride through an exhibit, Mill City Museum is an adventure for the senses. Also a cool steam engine that children will enjoy and free for kids under 5 years old.
